After our wonderful Black Locust tree had to come down earlier this year, we decided a nice way to fill the void in our yard would be to build a gazebo. It will go so well with our home and I am going to make the gingerbread brackets for all the posts to match the ones on our house. I also had the arborists cut a portion of the tree trunk out to use as a coffee table in the gazebo (which can be seen sitting next to the gazebo in some of the photos). We started the project in June and only got a short way along when Steve had some health issues that became our priority for a couple months until he was doing better. I will be showing photos of our project as we go along. These photos show our progress so far.
